today....

went really fast!  Considering I am off for the rest of the week!  Well March 1st...even better!  Considering I could still be there waiting for signatures, and approvals for year end filings, quarterlies and more....

I put a fire under it today!  nag nag nag...but got it all done!  persistence was my friend today! 

and so the fun begins!

Sunday we worked all day at the rental(s) sorting, separating...and most importantly..stuffing expo kits!  getting excited...hoping my students like the pages!  I have a class called Villians of Disney...we are doing cruella de vil, and queen of hearts.....and then doing a family class....cuteness from one extreme to the other between the two classes!  but as always...I worry, I wonder, and I hope.....definitely a tylenol pm night...or else I am screwed!!!  will be up thinking all night long!

Monday was create day!  until the ups man brought me some boxes!  :)  then priced, sorted and back to creating!  two more pages to do for the march part 2 of Holidays.....  :)  ideas flowing out of control though for upcoming classes....I could design away with the other themes.....kids, and in the round!  even outdoorsy, national parkie pages.....hope the mojo waits for me!

tomorrow we are off!  to set up for the expo!  new venue....excited!  and of course the best helpers around coming in to help, laugh, and have a great girls style weekend!  the expo is friday, saturday and sunday!  come on down if you can!  Anaheim Convention Center!

Friday is done.....

woo hoo!  It actually went faster than I thought....woo hoo!  Although computer crashes when I arrived at work was not a happy thought or sight...as I thought for sure with a full moon it was going to be one of those days....my computer must have special powers...as it seemed it was hitting everyone but me!  :)  Have to love a computer named Henry....just sayin'!

anywho....left 1 hour early!  woo hoo!  pretty exciting, considering it was just starting to rain then....hoping for the downpours to come and depart before morning...drizzle I can handle.  Downpours on my way to Huntington Beach is never a happy thing  :(

Teaching tomorrow at Scrapbook Garden...woo hoo!  1 seat left if anyone is reading this, and wants to join in  :)  heading down early to you know beat the rain  :)  and of course shop at Kohls!  With my 30% off coupon!  new shirts for the expo and classes, and vera wang crop pants are on my list!!!  woo hoo!  gift card burning a hole in my pocket......

this weekend....I am hoping for a day of rest on Monday....sad but true!  class tomorrow, stuffing and sorting on Sunday...Do I know how to have fun or what?  and then hoping to get my creative juices flowing!!!!  lots of it!  on Monday!  and if raining...snug in my jammies, and hopefully my mojo wishing to stick around and play with me....fingers crossed  :)

going to try to update more on the blog...at least once a week?  think facebook might take too much of my posts  :)  and then again....do I really have anything exciting going on?  lol!

the expo is next weekend!  getting excited!  why?  well it's a new venue!  woo hoo!  no barn animal smells...that alone gets me excited!  and it is the first of the year!  new start, new faces, and familiar ones too!  As they all come looking for the ribbon lady....lol!  And we have lots to choose from too!  yummy ones!

anywho....mark your calendars because not only am I ready for my class on Saturday....I am ready for the expo.  Well we have to stuff this weekend, but seriously ready!  instructions done..check!  everything cut, counted and ready to go...check!  woo hoo!  Sunday I believe is the stuffing day this weekend!  Nice with a three day weekend......will have all day Monday to play and create!  Hope it rains  :)  more fun creating all comfie in my jammies!

speaking of creating....I receive an order from an online store today....with the new American Crafts papers...to die for!  just saying!  I could drool...well I might have...definitely want to lick it!  I almost wish work would say...."Oh stay home Friday"...so can play!  although I do have upcoming classes, and not sure how I can fit these into them...but darn if I am not going to try!  why.....did you see above?  delicious and I want to lick them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what's happening?

howdy...miss me?

Been crazy busy...I know eveyrone says it. but no seriously crazy busy, and may not be changing any time soon with christmas next week.  lots of presents to wrap, stockings to plan for....and so much more!

getting ready to plan for 2011 too!  Can't wait....some road trips, Creative Escape (The Last Escape), Inspiration Unlimited....and oh so much more!  can't wait......

Working this weekend on Expo stuff!  new layouts for the January class!  and then expo classses....and someone in there layouts for me too!  well we can hope at least!  Have lots of kits I tell ya from others to help along the way is the way I see it!  need to print pics sometime soon....guess it doesn't count to just continue to buy photo cards huh?

wow!  where as the time gone?  actually...where did October go......

I have been over the moon swamped throughout October!  So me personally, I am kinda happy to see it go.....I know it is wrong, but I just don't think I could do one more day in October....lol!

I haven't even had time to recover from IU 2010!  which if I do say so myself...was amazing!  not sure how I am going to top it in 201...but I am definitely going to try and find a way that is for sure!  Crazy with signups, waiting list etc....we are sold out...can you believe it?  not a space to be had....didn't even make it through the waiting list...let alone open it up to those that didn't know or were waiting for it to go live!  crazy...but grateful.

work has been crazy....I am doing 11 to 12 hour days the whole month of October...see why I don't like it?  deadlines up the kazoo...special projects and reports too....never a dull moment it seems.

went to scrapbook camp in October!  Had the best time!  I was able to chill, and be normal!  Great company....lots of laughs...most at me, but some with me!  I had a few blonder moments than normal we will just say....and I know now that I was at Grizzly Creek, not Grizzly Pines....I slept in Red #3 not A#3.....I don't do well with critter bones.....and I know to go to the silver peaks restaurant in Reno for the best burger ever!  Also shopped at Green Tangerines (love) and Scrapbook Paradise in Reno!  Loved three scrapbook papers at all three times I went shopping...must have good taste I would imagine  :)

other revelations in October....

Sometimes I don't share well....with yummy foods that is for sure!

Disneyland at Halloween time is wonderful, although Villian fireworks are needed!

I have slept long hours for weeks now....not sure if a good sign, or a bad sign....

I need to make more time for me.....

I have been trying to please everyone....at work, with friends...with family.  I just can't do it all it seems....

well that is enough for one day!  If you smell smoke, well then I am still analyzing....lol!

I for one am LOVING the Dear Lizzy goodness that Elizabeth has been creating!  WOW!!!  I'm thrilled to get to meet her and hang with this fun loving gal at the event.  Seeing her project just got me all the more excited (promise, I'm really not a stalker, E :)

oh my.....

I am so tired today!  the last few days I have put in 14 hour days....and it is hitting me now.  I hope I can make it through big brother that is how tired I am!  lol!

speaking of big brother.....who do you think is the sabotager???????  I keep changing my mind!  lol!  I thought it was Lane, but now I think it is Kathy...the cop.....which would be ironic in a way, do gooder and law abiding, sabotaging the whole game...hmmm....makes you wonder right?

so much to do!  hoping this weekend to crank some things out!  Of course it probanbly doesn't help that I thought today was Thursday does it?  seriously thought it was Thursday!  All ready to meet with my friend for dinner and business....and hmmm, I would be there all by myself.....don't want to be all by myself....so will go tomorrow!  hee hee hee!

saturday is my last class at scrappin in the hills...very sad!  the store is closing, I will still be teaching in case you were wondering  :).....but the store is closing!  I have taught there for 7 years!  Can you believe it! dang.....that seems like a long time when you type it out!  lol!

hoping for some creative juices too!  Have an idea what I want to do....just need to make it work on paper.....fingers crossed that I can get her done!
